Terms of Service

When you list your site, you are agreeing the following terms of service.

Top 20 Listing Guarantee
ShopsOfWeb.com guarantees that your web site will be listed in first 20 listings, in the category of your choice, in ShopsOfWeb.com directory. We also guarantee that we will not accept more than 20 sites to each category in order to ensure that shoppers see our member sites.

Listing Exceptions
We will not, knowingly, accept promotional material from businesses or individuals who sell, promote, or advertise materials that may otherwise be considered objectionable.

Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your results within 30-days of listing your site, just contact us and we will give 100% of your money back, in the form of payment we received from you. After 30-day period you can still cancel your subscription any time and get a refund. To learn how those refunds work, read below "Refunds".

Refunds
In the case that you are not happy with our service and you request a refund after the first 30-day guarantee period, a refund will be issued for any unused months of your subscription. A $1 "payment processing fee" which is charged to us by our payment provider, will be deducted from refund.

Subscription Management
When you purchase our service through our registration form and make your payment with PayPal, you also subscribe to our service for an annual fee of $19.95. You can cancel this subscription anytime, in your PayPal account or by contacting us. We will not be responsible for the any charges you may occur because of an automatic subscription payment. After any payment, including subsequent subscription payments, we will refund your money in accordance with our refunds policy above.

Merchant Privacy Policy
You e-mail address and other sensitive information will not be given, traded or sold to any third party businesses or individuals. We may send periodic e-mails and newsletters to inform you about news, service enhancements, statistics and improvements of ShopOfWeb.com. You can cancel those e-mailings anytime by contacting us.

Editing Your Site Information
We will not change any site listing information you enter into our registration form unless you request and/or we inform you of objectionable materials in your information. In the case that we find your site listing information objectionable, you will have a choice of removing your site and getting a refund or modifying your information.

Removal of Listings
If you decide to shut down your web site, change your domain name/URL, or if you redirect your URL to somewhere not appropriate to be listed on ShopsOfWeb, we reserve the right to remove your listing, without a notice. It's your responsibility update our listing and/or contact us with your intention to remove your listing, or let us know that you're discontinuing your site/service.
